We currently deploy only strictly necessary technologies to operate the Services, including:

  • Payment fraud detection at checkout (set by our payment processor) 

We do not use functional, analytics, or advertising cookies at this time. 

If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will (i) update this Policy, (ii) present a Cookie Dashboard, and (iii) request your opt-in consent before activation. 

3) Legal Basis & Consent

  • Strictly necessary cookies are used to provide the Services you request (e.g., sign-in, downloads, security) and do not require consent. 
  • Non-essential cookies (if introduced later) will run only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the Cookie Dashboard. 
  • We keep cookie consent records (status, version, timestamp) for 24 months.

* During checkout, our third-party payment processor may place strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies for payment security and fraud prevention. Policy& does not collect or store full card details; payments are handled by the processor, which applies industry-standard controls (e.g., PCI DSS).

Names and durations can vary by deployment. On request, we can provide the current live inventory. When the Cookie Dashboard is launched, it will display the live list and default states.

6) Third-Party Technologies (Payments) 

  • Our payment processor may deploy strictly necessary cookies/technologies at checkout to authenticate transactions and prevent fraud. 
  • The processor operates under its own security and compliance controls. Refer to the processor’s notice for details. 
  • Policy& does not access full payment card numbers, CVV/CVC, or magnetic-stripe data. 

7) Managing Preferences 

  • Today: No action required (only strictly necessary cookies are in use). 
  • Future (if non-essential cookies are introduced): You’ll see a banner and Cookie Dashboard to Accept All, Reject Non-Essential, or Save Choices per category. You can revisit choices anytime via the footer link. 

8) Browser & Device Controls 

You can control cookies via your browser/device settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may impair core functions (e.g., sign-in, downloads). Local storage items may persist until you clear them in your browser/app settings. 

9) Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control 

If we add non-essential cookies, we will review and, where technically feasible, honor recognized browser/device signals (e.g., GPC). We will document the outcome in this Policy and the Cookie Dashboard. 

10) International Considerations 

Some third-party technologies (e.g., payment security) may operate from systems outside the UAE. For information about cross-border data handling, see our Privacy Policy. 

11) Updates to this Cookies Policy 

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect on the revised Effective Date. If we add non-essential cookies, we will present a consent banner and update the Cookie Dashboard accordingly.
